Do I need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy?
No. In California, you can see a physical therapist through Direct Access, meaning you can start treatment without a physician referral.

Do you accept insurance for services?

We are actively contracting with commercial insurance companies and will update the list above as we become in-network.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
How long are sessions?

Initial Evaluation: 60 minutes

Follow-up Visits: 30 to 45 minutes

Mobility Therapy: 50 minutes

Performance Training: 50 minutes

Yes. We specialize in helping active adults, gym-goers, and athletes return to training safely and perform at a higher level.

What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first session includes a full assessment, hands-on treatment (if appropriate), and a clear plan of care so you know exactly how to improve.
Where are you located?
We are located in Alhambra, CA, and serve nearby communities including East Los Angeles, Highland Park, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, and Pasadena.
What should I wear to my appointments?
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows movement so we can properly assess and treat your condition.
Is parking available?
Yes—free parking is available in a covered garage for your convenience.
We recommend parking on the 2nd floor. From there, you can take the elevator directly up to the 4th floor, where we are located in Suite 428.
How many sessions will I need to address my condition?
This depends on your goals and condition. After your evaluation, we’ll provide a clear, personalized plan so you know exactly what to expect.
What if physical therapy hasn’t worked for me before?
Many of our clients come to us after previous PT didn’t help. Our approach is more individualized, hands-on, and focused on long-term results.
